About Jérémy Morin
Born in Normandy in 1978, Jérémy Morin trained at Le Bristol and Le Meurice in Paris before moving to Toulouse in 2007 under Yannick Alléno at Le Métropolitain, where he earned a star in months. After its closure, he opened L'Aparté in 2015 with wife Romina, earning a new star in 2017. Also holds 15/20 Gault & Millau and a Trophée Terre de Vins for wine.
