Cocktails
- Black and Gold (1500) — Bacardi Cuatro rum, picante cordial, black pepper, grapefruit, lime. A spicy, bold cocktail with heat from black pepper and brightness from citrus.
- Level 3 – Superior Selection (1500) — The pinnacle of the Lair menu featuring high-end ingredients sourced from around the globe and advanced techniques. The top tier of the three-level complexity system.
- Mountain Breeze (1500) — Himalayan botanicals with regional Indian infusions. A refreshing, aromatic cocktail evoking the cool air of northern mountain stations.
- Japanese Bloody (1500) — A gin-based cocktail described by reviewers as one of the best cocktails they've ever tried. Part of the global-inspiration side of the menu.
- Level 1 – Beginners Selection (1500) — Simple, approachable cocktails for guests new to craft cocktails or looking for lighter, familiar flavours. The first tier of the three-level menu system.
- Blueberry Cheesecake (1500) — Tequila, clarified blueberry soda, smoky tea, sea salt, cream liqueur. Created by Navjot Singh to recreate his favourite dessert in cocktail form. One of Lair's most iconic signatures.
