Navjot Singh

Navjot Singh is the Beverage Director of Lair and was named Diageo World Class India Bartender of the Year 2025. Previously at Pra Pra Prank in Gurgaon, he was hired at Lair within an hour after co-founders Jairaj Singh Solanki and Dhruv Raj Vij ran up a bill of ₹25,000 trying all his cocktails. His programme sources ingredients from across India's regions to tell their stories through cocktails.
