  • Microcosm (10) — Belvedere Organic Vodka, strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla, lemon, yoghurt clarification.
  • Pocket Knife (10) — Nodo Tequiliana, prophecy kola, lime, salt.
  • Cherry Blossom (10) — Planteray XO 20th Anniversary Rum, Five Finger Fig Root, Benedictine, cherry.
  • Café de Olla (10) — Los Siete Misterios Doba Yej Mezcal, Dry Curacao, fresh espresso, warm spices.
  • Sa Te (10) — Chica Chida Peanut Butter Tequila*, coconut, pasilla mixe, soy, cinnamon. *Nut free.
  • Key Lime Pie (8) — El Tequileno Blanco, key lime, condensed milk, jiggle.
  • Stellar’s Jay (20) — Lot 40 Rye Whisky, Aalborg Aquavit, blueberry, western red cedar, wild mushrooms, thyme, maple. Inspired by the Provincial bird, a symbol of hope and optimism.
  • Kitsune (21) — Belvedere Organic Vodka, raspberry, white chocolate, ginger, lemon, sparkling wine, milk clarification. Inspired by the cunning fox spirit of Japanese lore.
  • Run Wild (22) — Flor de Cana 12 Year Rum, fresh espresso, banana, cacao nib, Fernet Branca, hazelnut, banana cold cream. A showcase of resiliency, strength, and vivacity, representing thriving during change.
  • Kelpie (28) — Brennivin Aquavit, nori infused fino sherry, bitter bianco, almond, celery, lime, spirulina. Inspired by the shapeshifting Celtic water spirit from Robert Burns.

Cocktails

  • Wabi Sabi Martini (22) — Redistilled matcha gin, hinoki, aromatized wine. Homage to tea master Sen No Rikyū, appreciating simplicity and transience.
  • Cavalier Martini (150) — Belvedere 10 Vodka, chive, white pepper, dry vermouth, crème fraiche, caviar service (10g). Inspired by Prophecy's signature room, Vancouver's first post-Prohibition legal drink spot.
  • Classic Cocktail Porron (120) — Martini (gin or vodka), old fashioned, negroni, margarita, lychee martini. Enjoy a porron filled with one of our favourite classic cocktails. Minimum two persons.
