La Fourchette des Ducs
Classic French-Alsatian · Strasbourg · Obernai (Strasbourg wine route) · Michelin Two Stars · Chef Nicolas Stamm-Corby
La Fourchette des Ducs has held 2 Michelin stars for twenty years — a record of consistency matched by its extraordinary setting: a 1921 Obernai building commissioned by Ettore Bugatti, decorated by René Lalique and Charles Spindler. Chef Nicolas Stamm-Corby has made the restaurant a temple of classic French-Alsatian cuisine with impeccable technique and the finest regional ingredients: Breton lobster, Alsatian foie gras, frog legs from local marshes, Riesling-based sauces, and Bugatti's famous choucroute tradition. The Michelin Passion Dessert distinction since 2019 reflects Stamm-Corby's extraordinary pastry programme. His team's 2024 Service Award makes La Fourchette des Ducs a rare double Michelin honour-holder.
