Chef Frank Renimel and his wife Isabelle have transformed a former farmstead into a gastronomic loft decked in wood and stone, with floor-to-ceiling windows embracing the Aureville countryside. Perfectly in tune with the seasons, Renimel changes his menu monthly, blending local rustic fare with noble ingredients — caviar, truffles, and cèpes. His version of cassoulet is a firm fixture. Holds the Gault & Millau d'Or distinction.
