Frank Renimel

Frank Renimel has cultivated his art at En Marge for over twelve years, earning a Michelin star and the Gault & Millau d'Or distinction. Working with his wife Isabelle in the dining room, he creates monthly-rotating menus that blend Southwest terroir with noble ingredients. The restaurant is also a Relais & Châteaux establishment.
