Dolada is one of Italian gastronomy's most extraordinary historic institutions: the De Prà family has held its Michelin star continuously since 1969 — making it Italy's oldest continuously starred restaurant. Situated at 900 metres above Lake Santa Croce in Pieve d'Alpago, the restaurant is fed by the 40-hectare Doladino organic farm managed by patriarch Enzo De Prà. Third-generation chef Riccardo De Prà (trained in France and Japan) runs the kitchen, offering a four-tier tasting menu structure and the Alpago Tasting Menu built on the farm's produce.
