One of Europe's pioneering vegetarian fine dining restaurants, Cookies Cream has held its Michelin star since 2017. Hidden behind a nondescript entrance in Mitte, the restaurant occupies the former service area of the legendary Cookies nightclub. Chef Stephan Hentschel's plant-forward tasting menus are inventive and technically assured, proving that vegetable-centred cuisine can stand alongside any meat-based fine dining experience.
