Chef Matt Abé, after 18 years with Gordon Ramsay latterly as chef-patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, opens his first solo venture in the former Le Gavroche premises. Awarded two Michelin stars straight on opening in November 2025. The restaurant offers both à la carte and tasting menu formats, with Ramsay involved in the venture through a 15-year lease.
