Matt Abé

Australia-born Matt Abé spent 18 years with Gordon Ramsay, rising to chef-patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea. In November 2025 he opened Bonheur in the former Le Gavroche premises in Mayfair and was awarded two Michelin stars in February 2026 — just three months after opening.
