- Trench 75 (1540) — Nikka Coffey Gin, honey, lemon, sparkling sake (replacing champagne). House signature.
- Corpse Reviver No. 2 (1540) — Gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon, absinthe rinse. Classic herbal reviver.
