Cocktails

  • Tuyango — A less bitter take on the Americano, blending Strawberry with the floral and citrusy tones of Italicus and a hint of bitterness from Savoia and our House Red Bitter. Finished with a refreshing, herbaceous Mate Soda. Origin: Argentina. The Tuyango is a carnivorous swamp bird from Argentinian folklore. Area of Guarani. A tuyango looks a lot like a rhea, but it has a distinctive yellow neck. It preys on humans, which it kills and drags back to its lair to devour.
  • Chukwa — A carbonated milk punch inspired by the flavors of the Indian yogurt drink, Lassi. Bursting with mango, cardamom, curry, coconut, and Aberfeldy single malt whiskey, it offers a refreshing twist alongside a well-rounded, complex taste profile with hints of spices, fruit, and malt. Origin: India. Chukwa, also known as Kurma, embodies the theme of a colossal turtle sustaining the world. This divine being bears the weight of the world upon its shell, where the earth forms the lower portion, the sky and atmosphere comprise its body, and the heavens adorn its upper shell.
  • Deathclaw — Inspired by Nuka-Cola Quantum from Fallout, built from clarified cola botanicals, desert citrus, and Mojave sage with Patron 100. This cocktail plays between the lines of cola & tonic creating lightly bittersweet and soft spice notes, with bright carbonation. Fun fact, this cocktail glows under UV light from the quinine, inspired by irradiated desert water after dark. Origin: Nuclear Wasteland. Deathclaw is a genetically engineered reptilian species, known as the wasteland's apex predator. Originally created by the pre-War U.S. government as a replacement for human soldiers in close-combat missions, they escaped into the wild after the Great War and thrived in the post-apocalyptic environment.
  • Yeti — A tiki-inspired cocktail honoring Tibetan flavors and tradition. A “yak” butter-washed whiskey base brings rich, savory depth, layered with toasted barley and a house-made apple cordial. Chinese five spice adds aromatic complexity and a gentle, numbing finish—all in an unexpectedly smooth, crushable format. Origin: Tibet China. Also known as the Abominable Snowman, the Yeti is a shy, powerful creature said to roam the snowy Himalayas. Covered in thick fur and built for the cold, this misunderstood giant prefers solitude—protecting its peaks while avoiding human contact.
  • Rodan
  • Kappa — A lively gin sour featuring Bombay Sapphire gin, with prominent notes of Shiso, Cardamom, and Cucumber, complemented by toasted rice syrup. Finished with a lightly salted, airy foam, with coconut, calpico, and nori. Origin: Japan. River Stalker Kappa are said to be roughly humanoid in form and about the size of a child, inhabiting the ponds and rivers of Japan. This strange creature is said to have the appearance of both a humanoid and reptile and are extremely cunning. In order to appease the Kappa, it is said that many villagers leave offerings to prevent an attack including cucumbers which are the Kappa’s favorite.

  • Negroni — A classic cocktail.
  • Güije — A savory, tropical, and funky cocktail featuring Chairman’s Reserve Rum spiced with Mojo Criollo, offering hints of bay leaf, pepper and garlic. Along with fresh mango, lime, Maduro, to round out the robust yet tropical flavors. Origin: Cuba. Güije, a mischievous spirit, dwells within rivers, puddles, and lagoons, merging seamlessly with nature. This small humanoid figure, characterised by pointed ears and a sly grin, is both playful and unpredictable. While often benevolent, Güije delights in mischief, leading travelers astray or assuming various forms to perplex them. Legends speak of Güije as a protector of waterways, entrusted with maintaining their purity and vitality, thus holding a crucial role in the natural order.
  • La Djablesse — In the modern era, La Djablesse redefines the 'girly drink' stereotype with a fusion of Caribbean flavors like coconut, mango, and pineapple, alongside floral notes of Italicus and Rhum Clement Blanc. This concoction offers a complex, fruit-forward profile without compromising strength or depth. Origin: Caribbean Islands mostly found in Martinique. La Diablesse (a she-devil) a female demon who uses her charms to kill or challenge men's machismo and misogyny. Often described as a gorgeous devil woman, La Diablesse wanders dirt roads in long elegant dresses with her face hidden by a large straw hat as she hunts for other male victims.
