Au Gourmet
Modern French · Strasbourg · Drusenheim (~28km NE of Strasbourg, near German border) · Michelin One Star · Chef Ludovic Kientz
Au Gourmet in Drusenheim is a Michelin-starred restaurant built on two extraordinary talents: chef Ludovic Kientz (trained at Au Crocodile under Émile Jung, G&M Jeunes Talents 2020) and sommelier-service director Sandie Ling (trained with Michel Bras, G&M Trophée Jeune Talent Service en Salle 2022). Kientz's cooking is modern French with seasonal precision: scallops from Dieppe, game from the Vosges, wild garlic foraged from nearby forests, herbs from the kitchen garden. His sauce work, developed across all stations at Au Crocodile, is the defining element of every dish.

Cocktails
- Cocktail du Marché — Seasonal Aperitivo (14) — Au Gourmet's seasonal aperitivo cocktail: composed by the sommelier and bar team monthly from the season's produce — in spring, a cocktail of wild garlic eau-de-vie, elderflower, and Crémant; in summer, a Mirabelle spritz with Alsatian Crémant rosé; in autumn, a warm mulled Pinot Gris with spices. The market cocktail changes completely each month and is designed by Kientz's team to mirror the cooking philosophy — ingredients-led, seasonal, and local.
