Amistà

Creative Italian / Valpolicella · Verona · Corrubbio di Negarine, Valpolicella · Michelin One Star · Chef Donato De Leonardis

Amistà occupies one of Italy's most extraordinary hotel settings: the Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà, a 16th-century Venetian palazzo in the Valpolicella hills transformed into a living contemporary art museum. The dining room blends Renaissance architecture with works by Damien Hirst, John Currin, and Francesco Vezzoli. Chef Mattia Bianchi creates a menu rooted in Valpolicella's landscape — the great wine territory that produces Amarone, Ripasso, and Recioto.
