Cocktails
- Pamuditha Aiya — A blend of rum and arrack with a dash of absinthe, Sri Lankan narang (sour orange), and spiced falernum. One of the few drinks remaining from the bar's original 2020 menu.
- Sri Lankan Craft Cocktails — Creative cocktails with local Sri Lankan ingredients
- Pepper Potts — Gin, pineapple, cumin pepper syrup, orange bitters. A classic-riffing craft cocktail from the rotating menu.
- Mai Chai — House blend of three Sri Lankan arracks, one cold-infused in Ceylon chai and low-grown black tea over 48 hours, with cinnamon syrup, smoked orange bitters, and Ceylon bitters. Served stirred over ice, smoked with halmilla wood chips.

- Kurumba Calamari — Tempura coconut flesh of king coconut, topped with smoked salsa. Vegan.
- Torched Tuna — Super-fresh tuna with a creamy sauce. A popular starter from the smokehouse kitchen.
- Smoked & Pulled — Pulled black pork, flatbread, tonnato, fresh salad. Gluten free.
- Smokehouse Chicken — Slow smoked free-range chicken, mustard butter, house pickles. Organic, gluten free.
- Smoking Goat — Smoked and pulled goat, Jaffna curry sauce, date and lime chutney, cream of coconut. Gluten free.
- Yellowfin Tuna — Dry aged tuna steak, seaweed butter, pickled onion relish. Gluten free.
