- Chef's Table (350) — Eight-course tasting menu at the exclusive Chef's Table for two. Includes a glass of Champagne on arrival. Intimate in-kitchen experience.
- Lunch Menu (2 Courses + Dessert) (110) — Two courses plus dessert. Available Tuesday to Friday. Approximately 60 minutes. Mandarin Oriental, Milan.
- Dieci Anni di Seta Tasting Menu (260) — Anniversary tasting menu revisiting the most iconic dishes since 2015. Oysters with caviar and Champagne sauce, blue lobster with bagna cauda, raspberry risotto, red wine glazed eel with foie gras.
- Menu Fornasetti (260) — Tasting menu served in the Fornasetti-decorated private Saletta Duomo. Includes dedicated Fornasetti risotto with cuttlefish ink and crustacean sauce.
