RiFF is German-born chef Bernd Knöller's declaration of creative liberation — a MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Valencia's Eixample neighbourhood where market-driven Mediterranean cooking meets free-spirited invention. Knöller visits the city's fish auction each morning, hand-selecting the catch that will define the day's menu. The result is a restlessly evolving à la carte and a rotating set of tasting menus centred on Valencian rice, seasonal seafood, and dishes that playfully blur the line between savoury course and dessert. Open since 2001, RiFF has held its MICHELIN star since 2009.
