Bar Nouveau
Cocktail Bar · Paris · Chef Rémy Savage
Bar Nouveau is a tiny 16-square-meter Le Marais cocktail bar split across two floors. The ground floor reimagines an Art Nouveau bar from 130 years ago with pre-industrial techniques, while the intimate downstairs explores futuristic post-technological aesthetics. Home to the world's largest private collection of antique Bimini glasses.
