Swedish chef who holds the unique distinction of being the only chef in the world operating three separate 3-Michelin-star restaurants (Stockholm, Singapore, Dubai). Zén opened in 2018 in the former Restaurant André space. Executive chefs Toraik 'TC' Chua and Martin Öfner lead the kitchen daily.
