Born in Vico Equense (1975). Trained at Auberge de l'Ill and Buerehiesel in Alsace. Holds three Michelin stars at Villa Crespi on Lake Orta. Opened the Turin bistrot in 2017 with wife Cinzia Primatesta, led day-to-day by head chef Gabriele Bertolo. Television personality and judge on MasterChef Italia.
