Tlecān (Náhuatl for 'place of fire') is a Roma Norte mezcalería where every aspect transports guests to pre-Hispanic times. Designed by Anagrama with monochrome earthy materials and dramatic mood lighting, the bar features the iconic Disc of the Death clay sculpture. No commercial brands — only artisanal agave distillates from small producers, with particular focus on spirits made by female distillers.

- Mezcal Mineral (95)
- Cacao Martini (300) — Mezcal, fermented cacao, dry vermouth. Rich and earthy with pre-Hispanic cacao traditions.
- Copal Negroni (300) — Mezcal, copal-infused vermouth, bitter liqueur. Smoky, resinous twist on the Italian classic.
- Tepache Fizz (300) — Fermented pineapple tepache, mezcal, citrus, sparkling water. Light and effervescent.
- Mezcal Old Fashioned (300) — Artisanal mezcal, agave syrup, mole bitters. Pre-Hispanic twist on the classic.
- Paloma Blanca (300) — Carbonated clarified grapefruit juice, mezcal, lime, grapefruit salt, soda water. House favourite served with a curated cumbia playlist.
- Pulque Colada (300) — Natural pulque, espadín mezcal (coconut oil fat-washed), pineapple milk punch, coconut water. Mezcal spin on Piña Colada.
- Maguey Sour (300) — Agave distillate, citrus, agave nectar, egg white. Frothy sour showcasing raw agave flavors.
- Tascalate Sour (190) — Mezcal, tascalate (cacao, achiote, maize from Chiapas), fermented cacao, lemon juice, agave syrup, egg white. Inspired by ancient Maya drink.
