Fraula — Valencian for 'strawberry' — is the MICHELIN-starred restaurant of couple Roseta Félix and Daniel Malavía, set on Calle Cirilo Amorós near Valencia's Mercado de Colón. The two chefs met at El Poblet in 2015, trained separately at El Celler de Can Roca and Ricard Camarena, and opened Fraula together in 2019, earning their first MICHELIN star in 2023. Their cooking is contemporary and seasonal, with a signature set of classic openers (smoked eel brioche; pig trotter and prawn sandwich) that anchor each menu and a perpetually evolving middle section driven by market availability. Three tasting menus are offered: the weekday lunch Cebera and the evening Alfàbega and Fraula formats.
