- Chestnut Tasting Menu (125) — Our signature multi-course menu, created in Rob's home of West Cork. Inspired by artistic and culinary roots, designed with the seasons and local larder. This is a set tasting menu with a choice of main course. Please allow approximately 2.5 hours to enjoy (3 hours for parties of four guests). Available nightly.
- Prix Fixe Menu (55) — A casual, set, no-choice two-course dinner menu, designed as a light, quick meal that can be enjoyed in approximately 1 hour 15-30 minutes. Comprises a Starter and a Main Course. Available nightly at 5pm/6pm and from 8pm.
- Short Four Course Tasting Menu (78) — A set, no-choice, short four-course tasting menu providing an overview of our food. This is a light, quick meal that takes about 1 hour 15-30 minutes to enjoy. Comprises Bread & Butter, Starter, Main, and Dessert. Price is €78pp from May. Available nightly at 5:30pm from June to October.
