Witek Iwański is a Polish chef who built his career across national resort hotels and luxury properties including Raffles Europejski in Warsaw. He trained internationally at Maaemo in Oslo and Daniel in New York before opening hub.praga. Named Gault&Millau Chef of the Year in 2018 during his time at Aruana.
