James Beard Best Chef: South winner (2018). Slovak heritage influences her signature pierogies. Led Gautreau's to acclaim for 15 years before opening her eponymous Zasu. One of the most awarded female chefs in New Orleans history, known for French technique applied to Gulf seafood.
