Nieves Barragán Mohacho

Nieves Barragán Mohacho grew up in the Basque Country and built her reputation in London, first at Barrafina, then at Sabor in Mayfair which earned a Michelin star in 2018. Legado in Shoreditch is her second restaurant, earning a Michelin star in 2026 just six months after opening.
