Neal Bodenheimer

Returned to New Orleans post-Katrina to pioneer the city's craft cocktail renaissance. Founded Cure in 2009 in a converted 1903 firehouse, earning the James Beard Outstanding Bar Program award. His work influenced a generation of NOLA bartenders and proved that world-class cocktails could thrive outside major markets.
