Mitsuharu Tsumura

Mitsuharu 'Micha' Tsumura is a Peruvian-Japanese chef and pioneer of Nikkei cuisine. Founder of Maido in Lima (#6 World's 50 Best 2024), he brought his Japanese-Peruvian vision to Santiago with Karai at the W Hotel. Head chef Sebastián Jara executes the menu daily.
