Previously: Chef/Owner at Core by Clare Smyth; Head Chef at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay; Senior Sous Chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Mentored by Gordon Ramsay, Alain Ducasse, Thomas Keller. Clare Smyth is the only female British chef to hold three Michelin stars. Trained under Gordon Ramsay and became first female head chef at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Opened Core in 2017 and Oncore in Sydney in 2021. Known for naturalistic cooking that celebrates ingredients.
