About Yujiro Takahashi
Born in 1977 in Fukuoka Prefecture. Trained in Tokyo before moving to France in 2004, where he deepened expertise at L'Arpège (3★), Ledoyen, and Chez L'Ami Jean. After maintaining Le Jeu de l'Assiette's Michelin star for five years, he opened le sputnik in 2015.
