Yoran Jacobi

Part of Restaurant 212 group (two 2-star chefs). Previous chef Yoran Jacobi (2021-2024) won Michelin Young Chef Award 2022 and earned the star in 2022. Restaurant founded by Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot, also behind two-star Restaurant 212 and one-star Bistro de la Mer. Known for French bistro approach with bold use of less-mainstream ingredients like pike-perch, oxtail, veal liver. Philosophy: 'not too much fuss, just delicious.'
