About Yasuyuki Takara

Began training in France's Savoie region in 1989. Returned to Japan as sous chef at Le Maestro Paul Bocuse Tokyo in Akasaka, then head chef at Nambutei in Hibiya. In 2002 became executive chef at Brasserie Lecrin, moved to Ginza L'ecrin, and founded L'AFFINAGE in Ginza in October 2018.
