Previously: Chef de Partie at Flower Drum; Commis Chef at MoVida. Mentored by Anthony Lui, Frank Camorra. Victor Liong's Malaysian-Australian heritage infuses his modern Chinese cuisine. Trained at Flower Drum under Anthony Lui and at MoVida under Frank Camorra. Opened Lee Ho Fook in 2014, creating what he calls 'a new style of Chinese cuisine.' Also opened Sydney location in 2025.
