Vaughan Mabee trained at Noma in Copenhagen before returning to New Zealand. A MasterChef NZ judge, he won Best Chef Dining Experience at the 2024 Best Chef Awards and led Amisfield to four consecutive NZ Restaurant of the Year wins (2020-2023) and Food & Wine World #3.
