Vania Ghedini, born 1987 in Ferrara, grew up in a family with a bakery tradition — grandparents made fresh bread, pasta, and tortellini. She joined Oro Restaurant at Hotel Cipriani in April 2024 as Head Chef, working within a creative framework developed with culinary director Massimo Bottura.
