Thomas Troisgros

Thomas Troisgros is third-generation of the legendary Troisgros family. Son of Claude Troisgros, grandson of Pierre Troisgros who created the iconic saumon à l'oseille (salmon with sorrel) in 1963 - which inspired this restaurant's name.
