Takeshi Fukuyama

Born and raised in Fukuoka, Takeshi Fukuyama began cooking French cuisine as a teenager, training at Île de France restaurant from 1989. He worked at Mercury Café before opening La Maison de la Nature Goh — a celebrated French restaurant in Fukuoka that earned significant recognition over nearly two decades. In 2023, he relocated to the 010 Building and rebranded as Goh, presenting a 'borderless cuisine' philosophy that fuses French precision with Japanese sensibility served at a single communal table for up to fourteen guests.
