About Shuzo Kishida
Shuzo Kishida trained under Pascal Barbot at the acclaimed L'Astrance in Paris, where he served as Chef de Cuisine. He brought his French culinary training back to Tokyo, where his restaurant became one of the first to receive 3 Michelin stars in Tokyo's inaugural Michelin Guide in 2007.
