Shinji Kanno

Chef Shinji Kanno is the only Japanese chef to have trained at a three-star restaurant in Austria. He spent six and a half years at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Austria — beginning at the three-star Steirereck, training under Rudolf Obauer for five years at Obauer, and serving as section chef at the three-star Amador in Vienna.
