Born and raised in Dakar, Senegal. Self-taught chef who moved to New Orleans in 2012 and began sharing Senegalese cuisine through pop-ups. His restaurant explores the African diaspora connection between West Africa and Louisiana, drawing parallels between Senegalese and Creole cooking.
