About Ryosuke Tamura
Inspired by his father's Chinese restaurant, Chef Tamura honed his skills at Suiko-en in Yokohama Chinatown and Sichuan cuisine restaurants in Azabu. He sources all ingredients from Japan and applies Sichuan technique with restraint, using fermented vegetables to build depth without overwhelming the natural flavors.
