About Ryogo Tahara
From Hokkaido, Japan. Former sous chef at 2-Michelin-starred Florilège in Tokyo. Trained in Italy at La Ciau del Tornavento and Torre del Saracino. Opened logy in 2018 as Florilège's sister restaurant. Known for blending Japanese techniques with Taiwanese ingredients.
