Romain Fornell

Previously: Chef at Le Jardin des Sens. Mentored by Jacques & Laurent Pourcel. Romain Fornell was the youngest chef in France to earn a Michelin star at age 24 in 2001. He has held a Michelin star at Caelis since 2005. Works alongside his wife who manages the dining room.
