Roberto Solís

Roberto Solís is the founder of nueva cocina yucateca. Born in Mérida, he trained at Per Se in New York, Narisawa in Tokyo, Noma in Copenhagen, and The Fat Duck in London before returning to champion Yucatecan ingredients and Maya culinary traditions.
