Raphaël Vézina

Laurie Raphaël has been one of Quebec City's most beloved restaurants for over three decades — a landmark of the Vieux-Port (Old Port). Daniel Vézina is one of the great figures of Québécois gastronomy; his son Raphaël carries the family's mission of using fine dining as a platform for celebrating Quebec's extraordinary agricultural and artisan food culture.

Raphaël Vézina is co-owner and executive chef of Groupe Laurie Raphaël, continuing his father Daniel Vézina's legacy at Laurie Raphaël in Quebec City's Old Port. The restaurant earned one Michelin star in 2025. He creates contemporary Québécois cuisine that honors the family's 30-year commitment to showcasing Quebec's culinary terroir.
