Quentin Pellestor-Veyrier

Quentin Pellestor-Veyrier trained at Auberge du Vieux Puits (Gilles Goujon), Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, L'Ambroisie (Bernard Pacaud), Le Meurice, and L'Abeille (Shangri-La). He opened his restaurant in February 2025 and earned a Michelin star plus the 2026 Michelin Young Chef of the Year award just one year later.
