About Philip Whitmarsh
Kitchen led by British-trained chef Philip Whitmarsh, who creates British-Cajun fusion dishes. The bar was founded by legendary bartender Chris Hannah (formerly of Arnaud's French 75), whose cocktail innovations earned James Beard Outstanding Bar 2024 and World's 50 Best Bars #34. Named after the historic 1850s bar that invented the Brandy Crusta.
