About Osamu Matsuura

Former fishmonger turned sushi artisan. Trained at Sushi Ginza Onodera, was entrusted with opening new locations in Hawaii and Los Angeles. Returned to Japan and impressed as the chef at the private counter of Sushi Raishu in Ebisu, following experience at Omotesando Masuda. Opened Sushi Matsuura independently in September 2019.
