Olivier Nasti

Olivier Nasti is one of France's most decorated chefs — Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) 2007, Gault & Millau Chef of the Year 2023, 5 Gault & Millau toques, and 2 Michelin stars. He is Alsace's great game specialist, an avid hunter who stalks the Vosges mountains for venison, pheasant, partridge, grouse, and quail, then serves his quarry at La Table d'Olivier Nasti inside Le Chambard hotel in Kaysersberg. In November 2024 he organised the first World Game Pie Championship, attracting competing chefs from across Europe. His 'Expression' menu is his most personal tasting menu — emphasizing textures, sauces, and infusions around Alsatian terroir ingredients.
